Shipping policy

Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). However, in some circumstances, orders may take a bit longer to process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. 

Products Shipping from the US:

• US Delivery Time (Days) 5-8
• Note: Some products shipped to and in the US many take slightly longer due to logistics, weather, or postal schedules.

Global Shipping:

• International (Days) 7-25 (average delivery between 8-18 Days.)
• Please note that products shipping from the US will state that they are US, Global or both, in the description area of each product. 

We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email our Customer Care.
