Returns and Refunds

Forever Beauty wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase.

However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund.

You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. We think that's fair, therefore, requests for refunds after this time period will not be accepted.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards 
Some health and personal care items 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Refunds can take up to ten business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank) If you haven’t received your refund within this time frame, check your bank account provider and/or Credit Card Provider.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Some sales items may not be refunded due to hygienic reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@foreverbeautyy.com and we will guide you through the returns center process.
